Every room was crafted with versatility in mind—inviting, open areas for gatherings and thoughtful, dog-friendly details. The home reflects a seamless flow between spaces, offering a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere for daily family life and hosting friends.

This project combines transitional eclectic style with a focus on work-life balance, creating a space that blends modern functionality with artistic flair. The space features corporate training rooms and versatile co-working and meeting areas, complemented by a workout studio equipped with Peloton bikes. Local artisans were brought in to contribute custom concrete pieces, signage, and wall art, adding a personal, artistic touch that reflects the community while elevating the overall design.
